At Forthglade, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box, and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to any authorized drop-off location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
